Mitch Blunt, a drone pilot, captured an amazing “fly-through” view of the Nunawading Neighbours studio, emphasising how much it has lost due to the show’s cancellation.

Hearing the news that Neighbours had been cancelled was a pretty major blow for someone who grew up in Australia in the 1990s and is now employed in the television industry, he told TV Tonight.

Despite the fact that I never had the opportunity to work on Neighbours specifically, I recently had the honour of having the ability to capture some behind-the-scenes FPV drone photos of the sets at Nunawading studios in Melbourne.

“Thank you, Neighbours, for everything you achieved for the Australian TV Industry off-screen in addition to the fun you offered on-screen.”

The last episode, which heralds the end of an era, airs Thursday at 7:30 pm on 10/10 Peach.
